Reason: Lame. Left Hind Jumped off the couch last night and lame on the LHL since. Didn't yelp at the time.Mild to moderate lameness coming in here, though was holding it up more at home.Is on 2.5mg pred SID for IBD. Also gets B12, and cytopoint.Well in herself.Chest and abdo NAD.RHL NAD.Left stifle has slight crepitus but no draw sign. Mild discomfort on examination of the joint. Rest of limb fine.Left cruciate disease, but not full rupture at this stage.Gabapentin for pain relief as already on pred, and will just have to see if it settles or completely ruptures. Reason: CytopointAppointment Notes: Special payment terms exist, Overdue remindersBoth dogs present today for cytopoint. Both suffer from presumed atopic dermatitis, nibbling of the feet has returned. When the last shot lapsed, the nibbling returned with a vengeance. Garry gave half a zyrtec off-label, which seemed to buy some time.Cauli is currently maintained well on prednisolone and HA.
