Urinalysis and bloods please. Went to ARH last night, concerend about blood in urine. ARH attached JN Urinalysis and bloods please. Went to ARH last night, concerend about blood in urine. ARH attached JN Hx - See attached history Had brown urine last night, went to ARH Urinalysis unremarkable except some RBC EDUD fine today, here to recheck urine and consider full bloods as O very worried PE - BAR BCS - 5/9 mm's pink and moist, crt 1 sec. Hydration nad. chest auscultation - lung sounds clear. heart nad. hr= 112 , pulses strong. Eyes nad. Ears nad. Skin - fur on back appears to have ridgeback - has not had whole life, O worried about endocrine dz with changes in coat teeth - OK LN's nad. Abdo palp - nad. Musculoskeletal - NAD Neuro - NAD Assessment - Urinalysis all NAD except 3+ blood Bloods collected - 2ml from L jugular for vetnostics greyp Plan - O to monitor at home Call with results
