Canal swollen, vision limited Cleaned with saline 10ml, TM seems intact as saline staying in canal Oral exam clear as far as I can see Flushed + cleaned Large retropharyngeal lymph node behind right ear - 1.5cm diameter in comparison to left ear (0.5cm diameter) Placed dermotic in ear Taken fna sample of ln Blood test taken Nails trimmed Recovery NADSeems v uncomfortable, drooling from mouth and shaking head still Would recommend further imaging (CT/MRI) in case of polyp/mass, could not rule out today.
