PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Diarrhoea with high pancreatic enzymes 
HISTORY: 
Diarrhoea started 5 days ago. Melted ice cream consistency (not full liquid, not solid). Light brown faeces. Maybe a spot of blood but wasn't sure. 
Last night got up few times in the night; increased frequency throughout morning in the house this AM (normally wouldn't defecate in house). Ate eventually by the afternoon. Still drinking, still fairly bright. V-. 
Low fat diet (can't remember brand), prescription diet. 9 month old does give him stuff every now and then but so far there has been no known fatty food. 

Current medications: 
Losec BID 
Demarin SID (night) 
Pred EOD (morning) 
Ursofalk SID (morning) 

Had gone to RV who took snapCpL 497 (0-200)
