HISTORY: PRESENTING COMPLAINT(S): Check up for more Meloxicam 

HISTORY:
- Awaiting previous Hx for review
- Recently moved down form Perth 
- JJ has had both cruciate's repaired with a TPLO. 
- Generalised OA/DJD currently managed with Meloxicam PO SID, Synovan & Rose Hip Vital. O is happy with JJ's current comfort levels 
- Generally pulls up sore after a big beach day. MO has reduced these to every second or third day

Significant findings:
- CVS: No murmur or arrhythmia audible 
- RESP: Bilaterally clear BV sounds 
- ABDO: Loose and comfortable on palpation 
- INTEG: RHS armpit there is a 3cm x 3cm soft mobile SC lump ---:> Previously FNA'd as a benign lipoma on O recount 
- MSK: Bilaterally palpable TPLO plates unremarkable, stiff and shortened thoracic limb gait.
- LNs: Symmetrical and WNL 


CBC:
- Unremarkable 

BIOCHEM:
- Mild stress hyperglycaemia 

Problem List/ Ddx:
1. OA/DJD
- Currently well controlled with Meloxicam SID and limited exercise/weight 

PLAN:
- Okay to re-dispense Meloxicam for 6 months 

Revisit:
- If O concerned
