History: Nemo is here today because he was minding his own business on his regular walk yesterday when he was attacked by an out of control dog that was not on a leash with no owner. The dog got him around the neck, but the harness may have saved him. He did manage to slip the harness and run away, but his right back leg may be a bit sore. He is eating and drinking , although maybe not today- not sure about toileting. He was panting intermittently until around 1 am, attack happened at 6 pm
