Reason: Revisit HotspotHistory: getting meds in well. Antibitoics finished, still on loxicom. His leg is much much better. O has been using the chlorhex daily to wash it. Had the e-collar on at all times. Clinical Findings: much improved. His right back leg has some dry scabs across a lot of it. Some pink skin but healing well. Still itchy - likely just as its healing. No swelling. Walking normally. Not sore to touch. Diagnosis: hot spot much improved, still has a bit of an itch and some healing of the scabs to go. Plan: continue to bathe in chlorhex daily for another 4-5 days having 5-10 min contact time. Keep going with loxicom for 4 more days. O to trial no e-collar in 4-5 days and only when he is watching. After a few days f supervised time without the e-collar he can then leave it off. If he is still itchy in 5-7 days then rv for cytolgoy samples to be taken.    Vital Signs
