Admitted: Ate magnesium, then had a tea tree bath? Now vommiting and has d+ hx: at 150mg magnesium tablet on saturday and subsequent vomitting and diarrhoea. suunday had a bath with tea tree oil in it and may have ingested some. diarrhoea and vomitting continued. e: dull and depressed, dehyrdated (5-7%), TPR WNL a: CBC: WNL, Biochem: slightly elevated ALP and glucose - ALP perhaps elevated due to tea tree P: 4ml/kg IVFT from 1-430pm - dehydration markedly improved. Denamarin given for liver protection and prevomax for vomitting. Discussed with o that if cin vomits through prevomax they should call immediately. prokolin to firm up stools and reintroduce gut biome. prog: fair to good with supportive care.
