Diagnostics:

- CPL (canine pancreatic lipase) test: within normal range
- LPL level: within normal range

Diagnosis:
Mild periodontal bone loss. Stable post-anaesthetic.

Treatment:
- Dental scaling and polishing performed
- No extractions necessary
- No medications dispensed
- Treatments administered are detailed on the itemised invoice.

Revisit:
Recheck recommended within seven days. Dental radiographs and assessment to be repeated at the next annual consult within 12 months.
