Has started grooming LFL cranial antebrachium region from time to time, no redness or broken skin present Have started apoquel 16mg course, skin has improved, no more itching. TPR WNL In-house ear cytology No yeast or bacteria visualised in either ear Assessment Resolved bilateral OE Plan Resume routine ear cleaning at home. Return if itching of ears or other OE symptoms come back Continue apoquel ongoing, monitor for return of ventrum redness or progression of any skin lesions

Hx from SAC Last visit in Dec 2025 - Pruritis, R ear OE, PMP + Cytopoint 40mg Injection Hx of inflamed skin/rashes/ OE starting Feb 2025 - Superficial dermatitis + underlying allergies (atopy) - Cephalexin and tapering pred Prev treated with Cytopoint 40mg, multi-week use of Prednisolone RHL MPL Grade 2-3 in July 2025, flat trochlear groove + L stifle mod tibial crest avulsion on xray --> Surgical correction of both stifles (RHL = V wedge trochleaoplasty, LHL = Tibial crest pin + Figure 8 tension band wire) Desexed Oct 2025 + repeat xrays of HL - L stifle no concern. Apparatus breakdown in RHL - Pin broken, but left in situ for now - remove if problem in the future
