Appointment Notes: Special payment terms existHx:Liver biopsy last tuesday, was very painful. But doing better now. Separation anxiety quite bad at the moment, reduced dose of meds for this liver wise.Doing well at home BAR & DUDE normal.Lovan and clonodine as req. Usually for anxiety.Nearly finished amoxyclav, low WBC on last haem - recheck today. Exam:BARHR/ausc - G4-5/6 LHS base murmur audible on both sides, holosystolic and unable o hea first hert sound when listening cranially, RR/ausc wnl, MMs p+m, TAbdo palp - very reactive, likely anxietySurgical incision healing well. Haem: wnl (low).Plan:No biopsy results yet, contact when these are in. Vital Signs
