Reason: Unwell History:Was BAR, EDDU, no V or D for the first 3 days after dental, then on Tuesday started to have a little diarrhoea and a vomit. Wednesday was better, and then today has had more diarrhoea and vomiting. Diarrhoea is sloppy but not overly watery or mucousy. No blood. Vomit just contains bile and foam. Still BAR, drinking and eating well. No change in food. No access to toxins, not one to eat FB/ toys etc Objective:Temp: 38.7Cardiovascular: no detectable murmurs or arrhythmias, MM pink, CRT<2secRespiratory: clear bronochovesicular sounds, no increase in respiratory effort observedGastrointestinal: No palpable abnormalitiesIntegument: Full healthy coatOcular: no discharge or irritation identifiedOtic: Clean, non odorous earsHydration status: Not detectably dehydratedDentition: good Assessment:Suspect GI upset.Treatment:Metrogyl 200mg 2 tab BID PO Zofran 4mg 2 tab BID PO Bland food Plan: re check INB.
