Did have one V+ and more D+ after going back to normal food (seniors diet)Exam:MMpink, crt:1.5sec. Ln normal Nsf on abdo palpation. HR:108=PR no murmurChronic cough. Rectal - Ag small and expressed. Semiformed faeces on rectal. Assessment: Possible chronic pancreatitis/ or dysbiosisTreatment: Given V+ has resolved again will go back to low fat diets and start prokolin. Continue paracetanol BID, with hold NSAIDs for now. After 7 days if normal faeces can try carprofen again. If not improving needs abdominal ultrasound.    Vital Signs    Weight: 10.4;

Hi Nurses would you mind when you have an opportunity asking Jane or one of the vets if it's ok for Barney to go for short walks. I'm not sure if he's on "bed rest" or if short walks are allowed. Reason: Unstable On Back Legs, UTD With Tick MedsAppointment Notes: bleeding from nose, maybe a cat fight? khD+ - a few days of loose stools , last poo today normal. Owner stopped carprofen when D+ started. One V+ today. Appetite normal. Exam: BAR. MMpink, crt:1.5sec, Ln normal Tartar and POD Mild splinting on abdominal palpation. No significant neck pain today- ( just checked with blood taking- no significant manipulation) Temp:38.4. Laboratory: QPL: 1877 (0-200)PLT: mild increase - cushings? Assessment: Pancreatitis Treatment: Cerenia 1.04ml SC-given while waiting for results. Jv called owner- Barney is relatively well and eating,  so can try and treat as outpatient- low fat diet, continue cerenia for another 4 days. If not eating/ further V+ then admit for IVF/ temg +/- abdo ultrasound    Vital Signs    Weight: 10.4;
