Appointment Notes: drinking more & panting with VR KEHistory: Has been more panty for few days . small v+ this am and off food as well just this am. slower on walks for 1 week. Is drinking more water for months. stools still solid , Ate breakfast this am. REgular meds: gaba 100mg  bid and carprofen 20mg  1 tab sid . Both not given today Normal diet: very lean mince beef ( as o finds fattier upsets tummy) , my dog or blackhawk tin and home made chicke jerky and blackhawk dry food ( does not usually eat this unless very hungry) occ rumbly once every months and o gives prokolin and tends to help. Examination: BCS 5-6/9 BAR weight stableHR 100 regular rhythm chest clear nil git sounds and abdomen tensemm pink crt 1 sec moist and denatl dse 2-3/4T 38.0 peripheral ln's normal Lab : Idex THP and cpl - BG 4.6 urine for sedivue in houseUSG 1.044 ph7, nil protein, nil bacteria Assessment: open but consider pancreatitis, hyperA , git upset Treatment: 1.2ml prevomax s/cPlan: chicken next few days ( bland low fast diet) await bloods - note mild ALP elevation 10 mths ago If bloods suggestive then will need ACTH stim and u/s, can do with JRif has pancreatitis to recom low fat diet and consider fasting triglycerides at some stage.
