MM pink CRT<3 HR 100 DDx: middel ear infection vestibualr disease Plan: GA clean and examine and xray R ear marked hair plug with hemmorhage ear canal Tympanic membrane abscent grass seed removed saline flush Rx Phone: advsie head tilt and ataxia may be transiently worse but should improve over the next 48 hours RV with jon thur/Fri

HISTORY Gerry, a 5yr MN Miniature poodle weighing 8.6kg presented to PVC on the 11-07-2025 for a bandage change. Gerry initially presented on the 09-07-2025 for the assessment of a non healing laceration to his third digital pad on the RIGHT hindlimb which was bandaged using a combination of solosite/melonin, soffban, vet wrap. ASSESSMENT Bandage removed. Granulation tissue evident, some contraction of wound edges present. Wound cleaned. Bandage of the same description reapplied. PLAN Revisit on MON 14-07-2025 for bandage change.
