PE: BAr, euhydrated, BCS 3/5, HR 80, RR pant, temp.- EENT: OS- Blephaospasm, fundic exam ok, no discharge, fluorescein negative. Flushed with saline. Integ: right fore ventral paw moist erythema, all paws mild erythema and milk pink fur staining. STT ventral right paw- mod yeast 4-5/hpf. Lns: okCardio: nadResp: nadAbdomen: nadNo lamenessNormal mentation Assessment: Left eye- conjunctivitis, local irritant. Skin irritation ventral right front paw- yeast, atopy, contact allergy.
