Normally quite lazy but this is obviously Appetite okNo CSVD Nexgard spectra UTDPhysical Exam: BAR Eyes, ears, mm, lnn, abdo palp, HR, RR, thoracic auscultationMSK:Gait NAD, no obvious lameness, proprioception 4 limbs NADNeck moves freely 4 directions, cervical palpation NADPalpation of spine NADLimb palpation, long bones, joints, ROM NAD.Β Β Temp WNLRight of spine - dorsal thorax are 2 2mm x 2mm firm intracutaneous lumps. In house cyto +++ melanin. SUspect meloncytoma. Only sampled the bigger of the two lumps. ASSESSMENT:Lameness with no significant abnormalities or specific cause for lameness found on PEPLAN:Monitor with rest and analgesia (just paracetamol) . Recheck INI +/- radsJR to call Jerry with results of cytoIf lump needs to be removed then FNA other lump and do at the same time    Vital Signs    Weight: 10.2;Β
