HISTORY:4 weeks TPLO with MASH. first 2 weeks were hard as she was not sedate enough but now doing exercise and physio and doing better.

BEHAVIOUR ASSESSMENT:timid sweet 
BCS: 4/9

M/S: grade 1-2 lameness. comfortable leg. no swelling or sign of infection
SKIN: hair growing back well on left hind after TPLO
OPHTH:NAD

LYMPH/N:NAD
ASSESSMENT:urinary incontinence - holding on too long because in a crate, infection , incontinence. 
Tx OPTIONS:
TREATMENT:nil
PLAN:owner to collect urine for analysis. first wee of the day tomorrow. 
DISCUSSION:

DISCHARGE
Irene has been leaking urine in the crate while resting. This may be that she is not used to holding on or she has some incontinence or a urinary tract infection. 
We would like you to collect the first wee of her day tomorrow and drop it in for testing. We can then make a plan for treatment once we ahve the results. 
She has had her annual health check and vacination as well. 
She is recovering well from her surgery which is great.

Hi Croydon Veterinary Clinic,

Irene has been seen by Sarah McFarlane for rehabilitation assessment and treatment following LEFT TPLO surgery performed on 3.2.26 at MASH.  I am very pleased with her progress.  Main findings:
-moderate weight bearing lameness at the walk on the LHL
-mild muscle atrophy to the thigh, gastrocnemius and cranial tibial muscles on the LHL
-good extension, moderately reduced flexion of the stifle on the LEFT

O inquired why didnt process and said we need to contact gap as she will want to put her next surgery through gap only - ms sent email as to why is errored when trying to put through - waiting for response 
MS handed over to CW to call O after Cw said that is was an error on our end but was sorted as we did not complete full history before putting it through
