(No) Resp effort (Nil) ASA Status (2) [I, II, III, IV or V]- likely concontrolled cushingson the Comp PreGA profile. Increased to ASA3 Premed Agent (Meth) (0.4) ml + Agent (Domitor) (0.07) ml Route (IM) Vet and / or Nurse Initials (SKM BED) Induction Agent (Alfaxan ) (3) ml , Maintenance Isoflurane in O2 via (6.5) mm ET tube Fluids (Hartmanns) flow rate () ml/hr BP (90-115) systolic / (52-72) diastolic / (65-88) mean BP dropping early in the procedure- increased IVF and decreased Iso- Turn off Isoflurane () Extubate () Standing () Quality of Induction (good) Maintenance (top ups of alfaxan needed throughout low end BP fluids increased and lowered iso to 1.25) Recovery (dysphoric) Multiple X20 Sutaneous sebaceous adenoms removed All with crucite skin sutures to close. Sutured with Vicryl suture material as is known to chew. will wear a jacket at home. - Meloxicam oral liquid- start Wed PM/ - cephalexin Plan- recheck in 3 days/ sutures out in 10-14 days. ACTH stim test for cushings.
