First time was crystalluria, resolved by having diet change and medication therapy. Other times was just stranguria but never blocked. Most recent episode was 1 month ago, went to plus one vets. UA very unremarkable except mild haematuria and suspected cocci but was not confirmed. Was dispensed amoxyclav, metacam and gabpentin for 7 days. Got better until 2 days ago straining to urinate again. However still bright, EDD normally. Had some small spots of urine in litter tray. <br>Diet:<br>Environmental:<br>Prophylaxis<br></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>S</strong>: <strong>Eyes:</strong> Normal <br><strong>Ears</strong>: Normal <br><strong>Nose</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Mouth</strong>: Mild tartar buildup on most teeth<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Skin and S/C</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Musculoskeleta</strong>l: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Thoracic Auscultation</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Abdominal Palpation</strong>: Soft and comfortable, small bladder<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Neuro</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>O</strong>: HR 184, RR 28, MM pink, CRT 1-2sec, Pulses Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>A</strong>: Stranguria: FIC vs UTI vs crystalluria<br><strong>UA: </strong>WBC 8/HPF, RBC >50/HPF, stuvite 6-20/HPF, pH 8.0<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>T</strong>: Nil<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>P</strong>: Unresolved crystalluria.
