- Does not get head wet at beach
- Current medications: Apoquel (allergies)

Examination:
Mentation: BAR
BCS (0-5):3/5

HR: 120                 RR: normal

Dental Grade: 2-3 Significant tartar accumulation noted
Heart/lungs: NAD. Abdomen: NAD.
Right eye nad. 
Left eye: 
- Fluorescein stain: positive - linear corneal scratch identified
- No obvious foreign body behind third eyelid
-Conjunctival hyperaemia 3+

Assessment:
1. Corneal ulceration (left eye)
- Linear corneal injury identified on fluorescein staining

Treatment:
- Meloxicam injection
- Meloxicam oral suspension - in food, once daily for 3 days
- Chlorampehenico eye ointment - apply to eyeball, 4 times daily

Plan:
- Recheck Thursday/Friday before weekend
- If not healing, may require referral to specialist
