Reason: DIscuss Weight Loss And KC Vacc Appointment Notes: last bloods done June '24HISTORY:1/2 cup dry food at night, with some treats or small amt of meat (sppoonful of tuna). Almost full cup of kibble and small amt of mince.Every now and then will get egg.Some treats throughout the day, not a lot, more of a night time.Not unusually flat, really puffy and panty all the time.On Meloxicam PO SID and 4cyte daily.Due for vaccination also.EXAMINATION:NAD on PEx, except slightly sensitive on palpation of hips + morbidly obese.ASSESSMENT:Fit to vacc.Obesity DDx - hypoT, overweight, otherPLAN:Recommend bloods to assess kidney parameters (given meloxicam) + thyroid.KC vacc given SC + orally.Will phone tomorrow with blood results + plan going forward.
