IMHA (idiopathic) diagnosed 22/6/2020, immunosuppressive therapy with prednisolone was discontinued on 12/1/2021. 2. SRMA was diagnosed via CSF and joint fluid analysis on 27/3/2020. Prednisolone was used as sole therapy and Stella had a single relapse which coincided with both prednisolone taper and gastrointestinal signs. Due to this Stella is fed RC Hypoallergenic exclusively. Treatment for SRMA ceased on 29/4/20203. Furunculosis of the tail on 8/10/2020 ddx bacterial or cutaneous toxoplasmosis due to prolonged immunosuppression. Pyrexic at presentation, treated with clindamycin 75mg PO BID for a total of 3 weeks resulting in resolution of signs.4. Episodes of pyrexia which has been intermittently managed symptomatically with anti-inflammatory dose of prednisolone.
