BCS 4/9- excellent wt
Heart: NAD. HR 120
Lungs: NAD
Pulses: NAD
Abdomen: mild discomfort noted.
Skin: NAD
Lnn: NAD
Musculoskeletal: mod/ marked reduced range of motion hips. Much less lame today- walking reasonably well considering.
Urogenital: NAD
Temp:NE

O would like bloods but he ate this morning. Previous bloods were affected by food but appt made next week for fasted bloods.
