ASSESSMENT: Ella presents for mild weight loss, intermittent incontinence and recurrent regurgitation. Weight has decreased from 5.2 to 4.9 since November last year. The regurgitation is a recurring issue. The owner suspects she may be eating another dog's food and has sensitive GIT. Awaiting further diagnostics. Trazodone prescribed for pre-visit anxiety. TREATMENT:  Dispensed three tablets of trazodone.Trazodone: Give half a tablet once a day, 90 minutes prior to event (e.g., vet visit). PLAN:Return on 06/02/2026 at 8:20 am for Cysto and blood collection.Will consider changing back to a gastrointestinal diet once the other dog has finished his current food.Home into owner's care.
