History: has been having anal gland issues and itchy ears. Now ears flaring up again. 
Has had prednisolon in the past that worked well. Still has these tablets at home (20mg).

Diet: RC biscuits

Examine: 
Mentation: Bar 
Body condition score: 3.5/5
MM: pink moist               CRT: <2sec 
HR:  80              RR: panting
LN: not enlarged
Temperature: not taken  

Ocular: clear 
Oral/Dental stage: 1/4
Ears: right erythema, painful and moderate amount of wax. Could only visualise part of the TM which was intact. Left ear no erythema, moderate amount of wax, no pain, could not visualise TM due to wax. 
Cardiovascular: nad
Respiratory: clear 
Gastrointestinal: soft not painful 
Integumentary & lumps (measurement, location): coat ok
Musculoskeletal: moving well 
Urogenital: AG's very very full bilaterally with pale brown discharge
Neurological: not done

Problem List:
- allergies 

Cytology right ear: no yeast/no bacteria 

Assessment: allergies

Treatment: Discussed pred tablets vs novasone topically. O will use pred tablets for now as has these at home from last time. 

Plan: 
- change diet to hypoallergenic biscuits RC, prime crocodile or Lyka goat for minimum of 8 weeks. Then introduce single protein at a time if going well. 
- pred tapering course for ears. 

On-going medications required: Y/N (use prescription tab for further supply): N
