Cardiac auscultation: NAD, no murmur, no arrhythmia, strong synchronous pulse HR: 110
Pulmonary auscultation: NAD, normal BV sounds, no resp effort RR: 20
Eyes: NAD
Nose: NAD
Ears: NAD
Mouth: NAD
Dental Grade: 0/4 slight snagglt lip on upper R
Abdominal palpation: NAD, soft, comfortable
Skin: NAD
Neuro: NE, normal mentation
Myo-arthro-skeletal: no lameness, good ROM and muscle mass
Uro-genital: NE
Temperature: 38.7

ddx - gastritis, IBD, behavioral, other 

PLAN
2 weeks of omeprazole SID 
PRN maropitant, ondansetron, metoclopromide - meds dispensed and prescriptions written 
To ensure no active looses, to monitor urination/daefication, ok to be picky but still eating and no burgoumy/ hunched posture/nausea 
Dental care plan:

o called concerned about primrose still not really eating since last vet visit. O explained that she did manage to eat only two spoon fulls of food but nothing else. Checked in with JF as o wanted to know if it is ok to give any Cerenia. Offered o to come into clinic today, o declined as they do not have access to a car. Advised o to give half of Cerenia + half of ondansetron. O booked in appointment this afternoon just in case as they will have a car after 4:30pm. CR
