History - Has responded well to ab's, and breathing back to within normal range. Coughing once-twice daily. Weight is stable, keto sticks have shown -ve glucose and ketonesOtherwise O reports going ok, EDDU nad, no V+/D+. Clinical Exam:- BAR- e/e/m: dne- Cardioresp: HR = 160 , mm's = pink, CRT < 2s. NAD on auscultation- Abdo: soft and comfortable throughout- MSk: ambulating well in consult- Integument: nice coat- Neuro: NA- Temp: 38.2Assessment: StablePlan: Owner keen to reduce pred, will start with 1/2 dose eod and full dose eod for next 2 weeks. If tolerates and no loss of cough control, can try 0.125ml sid for next month. OTC re response
