PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Painful/increased respiratory rate

HISTORY:
Stomach issues since Jan - v+ d+. 
Friday - panting a lot, not herself. 
Urine sample at reg vet - UTI, was given buprenorphine and convenia injection as Harlow is very difficult to tablet. 
Back to normal on Saturday - eating/drinking normally. 
Sunday - started panting, looked unwell again. Was given another bup injection and settled well on Monday.
Similar signs this AM. Not interested in eating/drinking in the last 24 hours. 
Hx pyometra 

CLINICAL FINDINGS:
BAR, stressed
Oral exam MM pink, CRT <2s
Thoracic ausc HR. Increased BV sounds consistent with panting
