Procedure: 
Explore interdigital space btw digit 4 and 5 on LF.

No fistula or draiing sinus. Area inflammed and sore at dermal level.
No subcut swelling noted.
Minimal exploration - NAD

ddx: insect sting/bite? superficial GS removed already by Milo grooming?

P: applied neocort and applied light small bandage

Poss grass seed LF paw
Has been licking past 2 days

History:Sat went to park and started licking her LF paw. Licking it a lot, not limping. Never licks paws, just around bum when ags get overfull. 

Vaccination status: Up to date 
Parasite Control: nexgard spectra and tw
Diet: adult frontier plus
Current Medication/Supplements: none

Exam:
Demeanour: BAR, hyperexcited but happy on entry, became very reluctant and stopped eating treats when attempting to clip fur on paw, even with local gel applied
MM/CRT: pink moist
HR:   wnl    RR:   wnl    
BCS:  3/5
Dental: 0/4
Skin: L forepaw swollen digit 5, moist between digit 4 and 5
Eyes/Ears: nad
Cardiovascular: nad
Abdomen: comfortable
Urogenital: nad
Orthopaedic: walking normally
Neurological: nad

Assessment/Diagnosis:  Likely grass seed LF between digit 4 and 5, but unable to clip up to see clearly due to FAS. The area is swollen and painful and he has been licking just this foot. 

Plan/Client Communication:
- Told O we would try to clip up tomorrow morning and confirm there is a sinus, with PVP on board. If there is, we can go ahead and admit for explore sinus under GA
- dispensed gaba and traz and booked in for tomorrow

Poss conjunctiviis

Visit Summary: 

History: presenting for suspected conjunctivitis 
-  picked after 2 weeks with dog sitter. Taken out to park and lots iof interactions with other dogs during that time. 
- Noticed discharge (green) from eye.  eyelids sticking together this morning 
- otherwise okay. perhaps a bit quiet  this morning
- EDDU Normal 
- no issues with vulva or urination now

Parasite Control:  UTD NGS - coming uo due to TWT

Dental:  1/5  - all adult dentition.  
Cardiovascular:  No murmur or arrythmia.  SSFP.  Clear lung fields. No crackles or wheezes  
Abdomen:   Comfortable. 
Eyes:   green mucoid d/c in the medial canthus bilat.  Nil corneal changes. mild conjucntvitis present.  nil blephrospasm.  stain negative. 
Nares: nil crusting or discharge 
Ears: clean and comfortable. Nil discharge or erythema. 
Orthopaedic:  Wbx4. Good mobility. No lameness 
Neurological:  Appropriate mentation. Nil ataxia.  Nil nystagmus. Normal CP. 
Integument: overall healthy coat. No ectoparasites or lesions noted.

Assessment/Diagnosis: 
likely infectious(or environmental) conjunctivitis 
otherwise okay for vaccination
