Reason - Check lumpsHx - Been generally well. MObility ok. Eating/drinking unchanged. Hard to keep track of lumps but new on in groin. One on R axilla not changed much. Feel hearing reduced - wonderintg if due to gunky ears - been cleaning out. Staying with son - also reduced food and has lost weight which is good thing. Exam - Lay down to look - L groin lipoma on top/ caudally 6mm dermal thickening/lump. FNA taken - minimal collection - tried twice - no bleeding or swelling. R axilla 5-6mm dermal thickening - FNA last time 2mths ago - non diagnostic and dont' feel changed much today. Heart good. Chest NAD; abdo NAD; mm pink;. Ears - didn't like deep exam. Externally v clean, minimal inflamn but deeper down there is few clumps of black gunk.Assessment - Try cleaner for ears for a week (every 2nd day) to dislodge the chunks, then 5d course of PMP to ensure inflamn/mild yeast if present are eliminated. LUmps - Non-diagnostic. So small that is hard to get needle to exfoliate the cells. Plan - monitor lumps. Tx ears. RV if concerned. Cont weigth loss - prob another 1kg.
