o finds dog limps and at times one leg gives way....o thinks right frontenthusiastic about walks. have dog documented as 10yr old ...o thinks prob alot older o not seeing much improvement with beransa- this is 3rd injexam- dog generally very stiff. particular turning head to right. lame on right fore grade with head lifting, grade 3..suspect dog lame on multiple legs however right fore most visable at moment.manipulation- generally stoic, stiff joints, min crepitus ...abdo- v roundthorax okmm pink moistplan- PAT to check liver/kidney prior to further NSAID and Ga.GA for x-ray fore and hind also spine for general arthritic check, as twice suggested by JC.medication- on krill oil, given beransa inj today, can use paracetamol 250mg bid-tid. disp metacam consider addition of gabapentin.
