Reason: 2nd Puppy VaxHistory: Doing great. Eating well. Hills and Lykka puppy food. Two bouts of D+ that last 1-2 days. Does eat anything on the ground. Never been unwell. Energy levels very good. No coughing, sneezing, itchiness. Occ cough after drinking.NGS due 21/ 12Examine: BAR!!! Excited wee. MM pink moist. Very slightly base narrow canines, teeth otherwise good. CV - can not hear murmur today, chest clear. Eyes/ears/ skin/coat normal, LNs normal, MSK normal, no hind dew claws/ hernias. Good BCS. Doubled weight in 4 weeks. Assessment: OK for vacc. Not able to hear murmur today - reassess again at third vacc. Treatment: Protech C4 SC, C2i SC, Bb POPlan: NGS due in a week - ensure correct dose for weight. Doing PPS now.
