Appointment Notes: walking funny at home on back legs. seems bar in clinic. apparently they heard a bang and then he was bad on his back legs but getting back to normal slowly epHistory: Was running around downstairs about an hour ago and ran into something (O heard a bang) and O found him sitting down and struggling to get up from sitting position. Gradually improved then was limping mostly on RHL. Walked into clinic fine and was standing on back legs to greet me and look at the consult table. Not on any medication UTD with flea tick and worm (simparica trio). Examination: Jumped up on me and the table in consult, placing full weight on both hind limbs.EEN NADNAD on chest auscultationNAD on abd palpationNo pain down spine on palpationNo pain in hip extension and stifle flexion in left leg. Right hip no pain but stiff and sensitive on stifle, patella not really moveable.Assessment:Soft tissue injury? Plan:No treatment necessary.
