AR 2/3History:Presenting for: Thea, a 13 year old dog, presented for routine follow-up regarding arthritis management.Historical Conditions: Arthritis with significant joint instability in the right stifle and muscle wastage in the right hipCurrent Meds: CBD oil and Metacam for arthritisOther: Owner reports intermittent stumbling on hind legs and difficulty with stairs, particularly going downstairs. Struggles with getting up and down. Pants occasionally but vital signs remain good.Examination:Mentation: BARTemperature=38.2, Pulse=92/min, Respiration=20/min, MM=pink, CRT<2sec. Musculoskeletal: Significant joint instability in the right stifle and muscle wastage in the right hip notedAssessment:Arthritis - well controlled on current Metacam therapy. Patient doing well for age.Plan:Changes to Existing Meds/Tx:- Continue Metacam- Trial discontinuation of CBD oil to assess efficacy - owner to monitor for any deterioration and restart if beneficialAdditional Discussion:- Recheck appointment scheduled for June for vaccinations- Owner to assess response to CBD oil discontinuation and determine if it provides meaningful benefit    Vital Signs
