Current concerns
-Recently seen for black stools with normal consistency - concern of melena - started on omeprazole (5 days ago)
-After first dose of omeprazole developed very runny stools for 48 hours,
-Diarrhoea - very watery, increased frequency (every 2 hours), small drops
-O discontinued omeprazole after this dose
-Over weekend - reduced appetite, increased thirst
-No vomiting
