Swallowed it without the bell apparently. No vomiting notedClient Discussions: After discussion with RKC, owners opted to leave jujube here for monitoring. Repeat radiographs to be performed tomorrow morning. Acknowledge risk of obstruction. If were to go ahead with scope to night, knew the risk of possible negative scope with large amount of food in the stomach and high cost with specialist call out fee. Knowing the risks, owners opted to wait till the morning to make a decision with specialist.Comments: While taking radiographs, owners went back home to check for the key chain so they were sure it was missing.
