Reason: Ate A ToyAppointment Notes: RQHistory: Presents after possibly eating a fluffy keychain toy 40mins prior to consult. Owner had 2 similar fluffy toys. One had gone missing in the area jujube usually rests. They have seen jejube chewing on the toy before. Did not see him eat the toy but highly suspect that he did. Pom pom on cage. Swallowed it without the bell apparently. Examine: BARMM pink moist cRT<2sNo masses on abdominal palpationObjective: HR 176RR 40RE normalBT 39.3... 38.5 @ 5amTreatment: Dexmedetomidine 20ug/kg IM @ 9.30pm... Reversed with atipamazole.... No signs of delayed gastric emptying/ obstruction on radiographs.Assessment: Jejube clinically well. No vomiting notedClient Discussions: After discussion with RKC, owners opted to leave jujube here for monitoring. Repeat radiographs to be performed tomorrow morning. Acknowledge risk of obstruction. If were to go ahead with scope to night, knew the risk of possible negative scope with large amount of food in the stomach and high cost with specialist call out fee. Knowing the risks, owners opted to wait till the morning to make a decision with specialist.Comments: While taking radiographs, owners went back home to check for the key chain so they were sure it was missing. Consented to estimate of $2500 until tomorrow morning.    Vital Signs    Weight: 4.12;
