Reason: Red EyeHistory: Noticing squinting in the left eye and a bit more discharge over the weekend, seemed to be improving but then looking more inflamed again.Assessment: Vitals normal.Left eye - very mild inflammation of the sclera.  Area of white deposits in the cornea, present for a while now.  Also area of neovascularisation on the medial cornea, small corneal bleed in the area.  Some corneal oedema present.Fluorets positive for small ulcer associated with the corneal deposits.  Discussed with o, may have delayed healing due to the other corneal changes, so will need to monitor during healing.Treatment: Tricin ointment course dispensed.Recheck Saturday or sooner if deteriorating.    Vital Signs    Weight: 7.3;
