Reason: Skin    KjbHistory: had issue with foot once before. O has thought  has allergies to chicken and has eaten some of that lately. Itching, biting scratching  few weeks and esp right hind. Also sometimes has some discharge from eye but eye seems ok. On fluoxetine. No longer on trazodone.
