02/03/2026 Started to get itchy again. Been going well. EDUD n. O has noticed a lump on lateral thigh. Concerned another cancer. Barking a lot but had calm moments so limited exam possible. HR 144, RR 28. R lateral tight 5mm dermal mass when lightly squeezed thick cream material produced. Likely keratin cyst. Dilated pupils - unable to examine closely as got reactive if look in eyes. 20mg Cytopoint: 840616 Plan: Can repeat Cytopoint with nurse for next 6 months.
