HISTORY: Presented for: possibly ate a grape, found him eating a grape and O quickly took away but not sure if ate prior to this.
The grape that Bear was chewing on is whole, but broken in the middle

Demeanor: BAR
Oral: crt<2s, mm pink and moist, grade 0/4 periodontal disease, no intraoral lesion or foreign body
Eyes: no evidence of ocular disease
Ears: clean
Cardiovascular: HR100-SR, no murmur, FP s/s
Respiratory: RR<30, normal respiratory rate and effort, normal lung sounds on all fields, normal laryngeal/tracheal auscultation. No spontaneous cough/sensitivity on tracheal palpation.
Abdomen: comfortable/no abdominal guarding, non-distended, no obvious masses
Integument: coat excellent
Musculoskeletal: unremarkable, no evidence of lameness, limbs palpate normally, normal ROM on C-spine and hips, no pain across cervical/lumbar spinal palpation or tail
Neurological: unremarkable
Lymph nodes: no palpable peripheral lymphadenopathy
Rectal: not assessed

Assessment:
Possibly ate grape/s

Treatment:
Apomorphine 1/2 tab in R subconjunctival sac
Induced emesis within 5 minutes - veggies, kibble, no grape
Flushed R eye with sterile saline
Maropitant 1mg/kg SC
Metoclopramide 0.5mg/kg SC

Small meal in 3 hours
Biochem 10 in 48hrs
