Was given treats and then threw them up Last few days has been off and on his food. Has V+ a few times over the last few days and O says is not himself. EDDU fine. Is usually on a probiotic but was being looked after by a friend and missed 2-3 days of his probiotic. V+ after chicken treat, kangaroo tail and some dry food. O think is a little lethargic. O says is not one to eat thing he should not. BAR LUNGS; normal Abdomen tense in consult MM: pink, tacky HR: 112 Temp: 38.5 DDX: pancreatitis VS gastro/enteritis VS GIT flare up VS other pathology Offered O to do some bloods and xrays - O agreed to bloods, declined xrays Bloods: all WNL CPL: normal TX: prevomax 2ml SQ in consult Plan: bland diet (chicken and rice) for the next few days and monitor at home. If V+ through injection bring back straight away for xrays. drinking and toileting normally this morning
