02/03/2026 Recheck of skin IN DAYCARE Previously 2 x scaly, dry areas of dermatitis on abdomen and 1 x on chest Currently on oral Redipred - mixed/unsure dosing, had advised loading dose with gradual weaning but suspect o non-compliance Had advised Malaseb washes - demonstrated focused cleaning to o, again assume non-compliance Neocort to affected areas O extremely hesitant for tablets Previously discussed transition to zenrelia CE: - BAR - according to Daycare Charlie has not itched at all - eyes bright and clear - mm pink and moist, crt < 2 seconds - dental g1/4 - Abo healed, looks great - left side anus + ventral chest - still some focal areas of dry scaly dermatitis Cytology of lesions: gram poss cocci ++ Plan: malaseb EOD (cleaned in consult) neocort BID to affected areas Cephalexin if o willing/does not want to do topical treatments Consider transitioning to Zenrelia (Will discuss with JS) Discussed neocort and advised Avril we dispensed 2 x neocort last week Avril said she threw one out because there was something wrong with it Demonstrated only very very small amount needed for lesion on chest so chould be lasting longer 02/03/2026 Email sent to Steven to update on consultation SMS sent to Avril with medication instructions Dr Callum contacted re possible derm appointment on 13th March
