Scab/wound under chin P: eyes/ears clear, oral 1/4 gingivitis worse over left upper carnassial - sent UTD dental est heart and lung NAD HR 140 abdo palp NAD BCS 5/9 no other wounds found 1cm diameter red spot with central wound few mms diameter, likely puncture wound, possible fight bite wound, goes outside treat chlorhex in cons, home amoxyclav 1/4 tab BID (250mg) till finished revisit if not iproving apply felpreva in cons SW
