IV cannula removed once recovered.Reason: Urgent or walk in consultationHistory: In for check over due to  BAR DUDE. Up to date with worm and flea treatment. Oxygen 2 litres, ISO 0-2%, HR -wnl, RR- wnl, CRT < 2 secs, MM pink. IV cannula removed once recovered.Skin wound right hind medial aspect of the hock - Deep puncture at the very distal end , no joint or  ligament damage apparent.  Scarify to remove all damaged and necroic tissue, flush extensively.  Close this deep wound with 2 3-0 vicryl sutures, then close superficial part of wound with 3-0 vicryl intradermals.    Vital Signs
