Reason: Not Eating Much Since Moving House +Appointment Notes: would like to chat about phenomav dosing LMBFollow up: Courtesy Call: Called Carli regarding blood tests results. Notified her that charlie has mild elevation of cholesterol and mild low neutrophils, otherwise all other parameter on CBC and biochemistry are normal. Those changes in bloods likely due to meds phenobarbitol. On bloods on underlying endocrine problem noted and I doesn't have real indication why he losts weight. We both discussed and came down that cat likely has stress due to moving house and not eating much . After Owner started on gabapentin 50mg BID PO after vet visit. In lasts 2 days, cat is moving around more and appetite has improved. Plan:Keep on going with gabapentin for 2 weeks then stop Continue on phenomav, 15mg BID (still getting tricky to give meds to cat)Recheck bloods in 6 months , that time will check phenobarbitone level too.
