Has been skaing his head a little and likcing at his penisObjective: BAR. Both ears are mostly clean with just a little waxy (normal buildup?). Prepuce/penis - NSFTreatment: Cleaned both ears with Epi-Otic.Lab Results: Pehnobarb - 111.3 - idealPlan: 1. Maintain current dose of phenobarb2. Clean ears with epi-otic once weekly3.
