02/03/2026 Check up on insulin since October 2022 Has no insulin left for her Had attended Potts Point Vet previously O check bloods morning and evening On 4 units morning and night of Caninsulin Prone to ear infections luxating patellas Generally does not perform glucose curves as gets stressed and are inaccurate historically Mild diabetic neuropathy in back legs - symptoms included wobbly back legs without pain, described as "drunk-like" gait - Currently on methyl B12 supplement which resolved neuropathy symptoms within two days History of back issues also CE: - BAR - eyes bright, mostly blind - mm pink and moist, crt < 2 seconds - heart and lungs good - abdo palp nad - Low BCS, o said has always been low, but steady - stiff hindlimbs, hip extension bilaterally - bilat MPL - no pain located on back cross referenced from history PP vet and with O - correct insulin bottle Also cross referenced needle with owner (owner orders her own online) 4IU twice daily 12 hours apart
