02/03/2026 For post spey complication - follow up recheck S: Hasn' utinated much No vomiting or retching Ate a small mount - playing Passing small amount of faeces - orange colour but not blood Lethargic Cerenia sat night & sun night SLeepy after methadone Gaba 200mg made her more sleepy O: MM pink, CRT<2secs, HR 100, T 38.4 Suture line is good, but she has developed seroma,m 5-6cm diameter under neath Vaginal exam - - dark thick blood A: Post pyo-spey - complications P: Recommended IVFT treatment for the day to rehydrate, given not enough water/food intake Also adding 2nd abx 22G IV catheter with ahrtmanns - Baytril 1.3ml IV - Clav 250mg 3/4 tab given orally - cerenia injection a/d slurry 25ml fed Water 10mls given - mirtazapine 15mg 1/4 tab given orally Tolet her regularly Home with - baytril 150mg 1/2 tab SID PO from tomorrow morning - clav tablet restart tonight - mirtazapine 15mg 1/4 tab tomorrow evening
