02/03/2026 SUBJECTIVE:presented by Janene and son, Tegan has injured herself. Due vacc but has derm appointment end of week for allergy testing so elected not to do today. Eyes have improved with chamomile cleaning (was in with other dog last week and asked for more meds - i suggested tea bathing and r/v if not going well). OBJECTIVE: skin looking good at moment, eyes nsf. Cardiac exam nsf. ASSESSMENT: conjunctivitis has resolved PLAN: vaccinated after allergy testing end of week.
